From nearly 25 years in real estate to the family horse racing business, Dana Machowsky spent decades mastering the art of managing details, clients, and high-stakes events. When it came time to build something of her own, she combined that hospitality instinct with a passion for food and presentation. The result is a cart experience designed around one thing: making every guest feel like the celebration was made for them.
