Every booking includes a fully styled cart, individually presented portions, and complete on-site service from arrival to breakdown. With five signature cart experiences to choose from, including charcuterie, cannoli, s'mores, mini pancakes, and caramel apples, we bring the food, the presentation, and everything in between directly to your celebration.

Nothing on our cart is there by accident. The placement of every cheese beside a fig, the custom signage, the way the cart is styled to match the feel of your event. Dana Machowsky | Founder

Before there was a cart, there was a career built on details. Dana Machowsky spent nearly 25 years in real estate, where managing clients, timelines, and expectations was the daily work. Alongside that, she grew up around her family's horse racing business, learning early what it takes to run an operation where presentation matters and every moving part has to land on time.


When she decided to build something new, all of those instincts came with her. Carte Blanche Grazing Co. started from a simple idea: take the joy of hosting and make it into something people can bring to their most important events. Not a drop-off platter, not a buffet line. A styled, served, start-to-finish experience where every guest gets something beautiful in their hands and every host gets to actually enjoy the room.


Dana launched Carte Blanche Grazing Co. in January 2026, building it from the ground up with a San Diego County caterer's permit, ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification, and a commitment to doing things the right way from day one. Today, the cart rolls out to weddings, corporate events, showers, and private celebrations across San Diego County, and the mission hasn't changed: make it gorgeous, make it easy, and make it something your guests talk about long after the night is over.
